For this third step, we provide a cardio exercise. This exercise is to work large muscle groups continuously for a period long enough to raise the heart rate and aid calorie loss.
Cardio exercise is essential for people wishing to improve their figure. But there are numerous other benefits:
Helps control weight
Reduces body fat
Helps to control blood pressure
Helps to control cholesterol levels
Helps to maintain a healthy blood sugar level
We also suggest the following optional exercises: cycling, running or swimming
The chosen exercise must be done for at least 20 minutes, 40 minutes is better though.
