This first stage of Advanced level consists of a complete circuit!
This circuit uses all major muscle groups and also provides a cardio workout. At this stage, we are sure that you are can do it!
During the exercises, retain a good posture and contract your abs to protect your back. Also remember to control your breathing. Completion of this circuit is a sign of good overall fitness.


FULL BODY WORKOUT CIRCUIT

Link up all 7 exercises without a break.

At the end of 7 exercises, you deserve a timeout. Take two minutes and rehydrate!

You should do 5 complete circuits.

1st circuit : 30 seconds per exercise, 2nd circuit : 45 seconds per exercise, 3rd circuit : 60 seconds per exercise, 4th circuit : 75 seconds per exercise, 5th circuit : 90 seconds per exercise
