This second stage of the Advanced level focuses on cardio and also works on building muscle.
During the exercises, retain a good posture and contract your abs to protect your back. Also remember to control your breathing. Completion of this circuit is a sign of good overall fitness.


FULL BODY WORKOUT CIRCUIT – INDOOR

Link up all 5 exercises without a break.

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes per circuit.

At the end of 5 exercises, you deserve a timeout. Take two minutes and rehydrate!

You should do at least 3 complete circuits.
